  • Defective goods damaged by the manufacturer, the supplier must return the new goods within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods (Based on the minutes certified by 02 parties)

2.1 Conditions of receipt of goods
– Receive goods at the Factory (Or Company Office)
– The customer has paid off all debts
- Goods are intact, unused

2.2 Time to receive returned goods
From the date of delivery (Based on the minutes certified by 02 parties).
– HDPE Fittings: Within 15 – 30 days (Excluding processed HDPE Fittings)
– Steel accessories (Black, plated), Cast iron accessories: Within 15-20 days
– Van Minh Hoa and Gate Valves China, Malaysia: Within 15 days
– T-Flow meter: Within 30 days
Note : Accessories that are not in the return list, the Company does not receive back in any way.
