  • STP Group warrants products for technical defects that do not meet quality standards and defects of the manufacturer or the transportation process to the delivery location (If STP Group is responsible for shipping).

1. Product warranty conditions

  • During the warranty period, within 72 hours after you have notified STP Group in writing of the damage covered by the warranty. STP Group is responsible for sending a representative to the scene to confirm the incident and perform the warranty.
  • In case of any warranty-related problems, you must keep the scene and notify in writing to STP Group so that we can send staff to check and determine the cause of the damage. and take remedial action. However, if, after conducting the inspection, it is found that the damaged elements are not within the scope of the warranty, the customer must bear all repair costs, including travel expenses for STP Group staff. 

2. Cases not covered by warranty

1. Do not present warranty card when repairing.
2. The information on the warranty card is incomplete and does not match the actual product.
3. Errors due to transportation, natural disasters, use of chemicals, or products being dropped or bumped due to external forces.
4. Errors caused by arbitrarily installing, using, storing improperly, not following the manual or the warnings shown on the product.
5. Natural wear and tear due to use or due to unsuitable environmental conditions where the product is located.
